ConnMan 1.13 was released Monday, April 8th, 2013

This release of ConnMan contains only bug and feature fixes. As a result, please consider upgrading ConnMan.

Fixes have been provided for various issues regarding neard handling (Tomasz Bursztyka), VPN, services and dnsproxy issues (Jukka Rissanen), online check and oFono CDMA network creation (Forest Bond), iptables handling (Daniel Wagner), build issues (Yann Morin), WiFi scanning (Grant Erickson), reworked connmactl implementation (Patrik Flykt) and updates to the shared D-Bus code (Lucas De Marchi, Luiz von Dentz). The dnsproxy related fixes restricts ConnMan to only listen on loopback and tethering interfaces. Thus ConnMan does not block port 53 anymore on the interfaces that are configured as being ignored.

Thanks for all the hard work go to the above mentioned persons as well as Intel and BMW. The release notes are later than usual due to a change in connman.net hosting services.
